These terms apply to Pizza Party Scout’s planning tools, directory, and inquiry forms. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

A planning tool, not an ordering service

Pizza Party Scout helps you estimate food quantities and find local shops. We do not sell, prepare, deliver, or place pizza orders. A prepared request is not a confirmed order. You are responsible for contacting the restaurant and confirming availability, quantities, prices, taxes, fees, timing, cancellations, and payment directly with it.

Estimates and dietary needs

Calculator quantities and budgets are planning estimates. Pizza sizes, slice counts, appetites, and shop prices vary. We do not guarantee that an estimate will feed every guest or match a restaurant’s quote. Confirm allergies, ingredients, cross-contact precautions, and dietary needs directly with the restaurant before ordering.

Directory information

Listings may be based on public restaurant websites and may change or contain errors. “Info last reviewed” identifies a website review, not a phone confirmation, inspection, endorsement, or promise of current service. A seed listing has not been claimed by the shop. Check the linked source and contact the shop before relying on an offer or service.

Claims, corrections, and submissions

Provide accurate information and submit a business claim only if you are authorized to represent that business. Claims and corrections are reviewed before publication. By submitting listing content, you give us permission to use it to review and, when approved, update the listing. Do not submit content you lack permission to use, impersonate another business, send spam, or interfere with the website.

Sponsorships and the founding offer

Paid placements are labeled “Sponsored” and may appear ahead of other listings. Sponsorship does not guarantee views, clicks, leads, orders, or revenue. We do not resell party requests to other shops.

The Founding Featured Listing offer is $49 per month for the first six months for the first 10 shops accepted into that offer. Availability and the start date must be confirmed by email. Other packages have their own listed prices. Any renewal price, payment schedule, cancellation conditions, and placement details will be agreed separately before payment. The inquiry form does not charge you, activate a listing, or create a subscription.

Availability and responsibility

We provide the site and its estimates as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or error-free information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pizza Party Scout is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on estimates, inaccurate third-party listings, restaurant services, or external websites. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
